What is a debrief and why is it important?
A debrief creates an environment of open communication and provides insightful connections for personal and team growth. During a debrief your group will capitalize on their strengths and briefly discuss what was hard or challenging and how they overcame barriers. This is a time to share feelings, experiences, and appreciation.
During a debrief, Busy Bee members reflect upon the recent Queen Bee Project, discuss what went well and how they developed as a team. Busy Bee members talk about their experiences so that they can find strength and motivation for future Queen Bee projects.
